SPACE SPECIFICATIONS
4300 sq ft - Bushwick, Brooklyn
Our century old warehouse in Bushwick is available to host your video productions, photo shoots, and events. Our massive brick walls, metal beams and columns, and concrete and wood floors bring industrial character to your creative vision. Stage your music video, dance video, film shoot, fashion shoot, or live gathering at our arts venue.
THE ROOMS
The useable space totals 4300 square feet and includes 1 large warehouse, 2 minor rooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 closets.
Our Brooklyn warehouse is triangular in shape and is about 3230 feet. The room has a wooden stage in one corner and a brick bar. The floors are concrete. The height of the ceiling ranges from 14 feet to 12.5 feet. There is a freight elevator shaft and door in the warehouse. It is out of operation and cannot be restored, but its massive door serves as a dramatic backdrop. The bar is not stocked but renters are welcome to stock it for their purposes. A bathroom with two toilets is accessible off of the warehouse. Our wooden stage is decorated with mannequins, that can be removed or placed throughout the warehouse, if desired. Floor lamps, a clawfoot bathtub, a desk, a Chinese wedding cabinet, a desk, and fake plants are also found throughout the space as additional set pieces for your shoot.
Our backstage is a room about 220 square foot with a ceiling height of 7 feet. Some mirrors, tables, a room divider, some lockers, and two thrones decorate the room. One of the bathrooms is also located backstage.
Our entry hallway is roughly 700 square feet. It has a tiled floor, a table, and is mostly bare. Daylight comes in through the glass street entrance. A black metal staircase leading to our warehouse is on one end. A lone floor lamp adds som ambiance. Three bathrooms are on the other end.
Our back stairwell, roughly 150 square feet, has a beautiful skylight, a patch of wooded ceiling, red brick on one wall, and a dramatic black metal stairwell. At the bottom of the stairs is the back entrance leading to outside. .
LIGHTING
There is one window in our warehouse. It can be opened for daylight and fresh air, and can be closed for lighting purposes. The ceiling has a number of cold white fluorescent lights that serve as our house lights, for visibility.
For mood lighting, all renters may freely use our two Nanlite FC500C RGB LED spotlights on rolling stands, two powerful LED spotlights, and our four Nanlite Pavotube II 30XR tube lights. Their color, light temperature, and brightness can all be adjusted.
ELECTRICITY
Our venue is outfitted with numerous outlets and circuits, providing plenty of amps to all parts of the warehouse. entry hallway, and backstage.
A new central air system was installed in the summer of 2025. Two 10 ton units provide heating and cooling to our warehouse, keeping our renters cool on the hottest day of summer and cozy on the coldest day of winter.

We’re equipped with a powerful WIFI network, providing internet to our renters.
CHAIRS, TABLES,
AND OTHER AMENITIES
3 chairs and two tables are provided for free. A maximum of 50 stools, 50 folding chairs, and 11 tables are available for rent, along with add-on gear such as Bluetooth speakers, fog machines, c-stands, lights, clothing racks, and more.
LOCATION
We are located 2 blocks away from the Halsey J train station. You’ll find us at the cross roads of Bushwick, Bed Stuy, and Ocean Hill.
CAPACITY AND NOISE RESTRICTIONS
We are optimistic that this space is going to allow us a lot more freedom when it comes to sound and crowd size. We are carefully observing the limits of what our space can handle in these early months of operation. We are currently open to booking 120 person events. We have an audio policy that permits certain maximum decimal levels at certain hours. If these sound limits work for your DJ or musician, we’re glad to host you.
Before midnight, renters can be quite loud. All but the loudest metal bands and DJs should be able to play their music as loud as they need during this time.
Renters hosting medium to large events will need to sign an agreement taking on legal liability for their event and guests, purchase event insurance, and cover the cost of 1 or 2 security guards of the venue's choosing.
We regret that at this time, our space does not offer wheelchair access. 20 step staircases lead to 2nd floor from the front and back entrances. We hope to someday restore the freight elevator and overcome this hurdle.
NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
SAFE STORAGE FOR RENTERS
If the production requires it, renters are able to safely store their equipment in the venue overnight.
Equipment & Set Hold Policy
To preserve booking flexibility, equipment and set holds are structured based on how they affect additional rental availability.
1. Exclusive Set Hold (Premium)
If a production requires the venue to remain set between booking windows in a way that prevents other rentals, an Exclusive Hold fee applies.
Examples include:
Overnight holds that block evening or morning bookings
Multi-day bookings that prevent additional time slots from being rented
Fees are based on the time being retained.
2. Limited Storage Hold (Conditional)
When equipment can be relocated to designated storage areas without affecting other bookings, short-term storage may be available.
Limited holds:
Must not interfere with scheduled rentals
Do not include access outside contracted hours
Availability and pricing depend on scheduling.
HOURS
Depending on the availability of our staff, renters are able to work in the space 24 hours, 7 days a week.
PRICES
Weekdays before 6pm: $95 per hour
Weekdays after 6pm: $105 per hour
Saturdays before 6pm and Sundays: $115 per hour
Fridays and Saturdays from 6pm to 6am: $125 per hour
Capacity fees:
0 to 10 attendees - Free
11 to 20 attendees - an additional $5 per hour
21 to 40 attendees - an additional $10 per hour
41 to 60 attendees - an additional $20 per hour
61 to 80 attendees - an additional $30 per hour
81 to 100 attendees - an additional $40 per hour
101 to 120 attendees an additional $50 per hour
For many live events, the renter covers the cost of at least one security guard of our venue’s choosing.
