THE ROOMS

The usable space totals approximately 4,300 square feet, centered around a large warehouse with several smaller rooms, five bathrooms, an entry hall, and additional shootable spaces.

Our main Brooklyn warehouse is approximately 3,230 square feet and triangular in shape. Exposed brick walls, concrete floors, steel columns, and ceilings ranging from 12.5 to 14 feet give the room its industrial character. A TV wall can display customized video and still images, while a wooden stage and brick bar provide additional focal points. The bar is unstocked, but renters are welcome to stock and style it for their production or event.

A historic freight elevator shaft and massive elevator door remain in the warehouse. The elevator is no longer operational and cannot be restored, but its oversized industrial door serves as a dramatic backdrop. Cinema projection is also possible, with screen, projector, and seating available as add-ons.

Mannequins, floor lamps, a clawfoot bathtub, vintage furniture, a desk, and artificial plants are found throughout the space and can be repositioned as set pieces for shoots. A bathroom with two toilets is accessible directly from the warehouse.

Our room of clocks is an approximately 80-square-foot miniature environment tucked away from the main warehouse. Its exposed brick walls are covered with roughly 50 antique clocks, joined by a carved red velvet throne, framed paintings, and other vintage objects. The dense, surreal room offers a dramatic visual contrast to the open warehouse.

Our backstage boudoir is approximately 220 square feet with a 7-foot ceiling. Deep red curtains, antique mirrors, warm lamps, figurines, vintage furnishings, a Chinese cabinet, and other decorative pieces create an intimate, theatrical atmosphere. The room can function as a ready-made shooting environment or be used for wardrobe, makeup, holding, and preparation. One of the venue's bathrooms is also located backstage.

Our entry hall is roughly 700 square feet, with a tiled floor and daylight entering through the glass street entrance. A black metal staircase leading to the warehouse sits at one end of the hall, while three bathrooms are located at the other. The relatively spare space can also be used for check-in, staging, holding, or production support.

Our rear stairwell, roughly 150 square feet, has a large skylight, exposed red brick, sections of wood ceiling, and a dramatic black metal staircase. At the bottom of the stairs is a secondary entrance leading outside.

“A LOT bigger than it looks in the pictures.”

NOISE RESTRICTIONS

We have an audio policy that permits certain maximum decimal levels at certain hours. If these sound limits work for your DJ or musician, we’re glad to host you.

SAFE STORAGE FOR RENTERS

If the production requires it, renters are able to safely store their equipment in the venue overnight.

Equipment & Set Hold Policy

To preserve booking flexibility, equipment and set holds are structured based on how they affect additional rental availability.

1. Exclusive Set Hold (Premium)

If a production requires the venue to remain set between booking windows in a way that prevents other rentals, an Exclusive Hold fee applies.

Examples include:

  • Overnight holds that block evening or morning bookings

  • Multi-day bookings that prevent additional time slots from being rented

Fees are based on the time being retained.

2. Limited Storage Hold (Conditional)

When equipment can be relocated to designated storage areas without affecting other bookings, short-term storage may be available.

Limited holds:

  • Must not interfere with scheduled rentals

  • Do not include access outside contracted hours

Availability and pricing depend on scheduling.
