AUDIO POLICY AT BOX OF MOONLIGHT

From 10am to midnight, the db(A) must be no louder than 100 decibels. The db(C) limit is 108db.
From midnight to 1am the db(A) must be no louder than 95 decibels. The db(C) limit is 103db.
From 1am to 3am, the db(A) must be no louder than 90 decibels. The db(C) limit is 100db.
From 3am to 7am, the db(A) must be no louder than 85 decibels. The db(C) limit is 95db.
From 7am to 10am, the db(A) must be no louder than 95 decibels. The db(C) limit is 103db.

The speakers must be placed at least 3 feet from the wall that is adjacent to our neighboring building.

The artists, DJs, and bands performing here write the venue and let us know about the make and model their gear. We may need to work with the artists, DJs, and bands to select subwoofer platforms that work with their speakers.

If the renter violates our policy repeatedly, or is not making consistent efforts to correct their level, we agree in advance that the power goes off and the event or production ends at that time.
