Hourly Rates

• Weekdays before 6pm — $105/hr

• Weekdays after 6pm — $115/hr

• Saturdays (before 6pm) & Sundays — $125/hr

• Fridays & Saturdays (6pm–6am) — $135/hr

Capacity Fees (per hour)

• 0–10 attendees — Free

• 11–20 — +$5/hr

• 21–40 — +$10/hr

• 41–60 — +$20/hr

• 61–80 — +$30/hr

• 81–100 — +$40/hr

• 101–120 — +$50/hr

Additional Notes

• Most live events require at least one security guard (provided by the venue, billed to renter)
