GROUND FLOOR BONUS SPACE

A ground floor space is available at Box of Moonlight, which almost doubles the square footage available to productions and events. Rentable an affordable price, this former church space is often utilized as a backstage for live events, or as a holding / hair and makeup / crafty area during film shoots.

The rooms can also be used as a public part of your live event. The second stage of a musical festival can be here, or a second floor of vendors, or a second room of dining at a dinner gala. The ground floor can also be utilized as a film setting. In addition to the carpeted, dated church sanctuary environment, there is a wing of shabby office rooms in the back.

There is currently no air conditioning downstairs. There is a modest heating system which can be augmented with space heaters. There is a fair amount of clutter in the back office rooms which can be shifted around according to the needs of the renter. The electricity is serviceable but there are minor quirks that can be worked around. All of these factors are expressed in the affordable flat rate of this bonus space.
